Absolutely! However, certain stickers cannot be legally transferred. We will transfer all stickers that are allowed by law.
I Windshield repairs take around 20 minutes. Windshield and auto glass replacements take around 1 ½ hours. However, in addition the vehicle must sit for a certain period after the installation to allow the adhesive to gain enough strength to safely drive the vehicle. Kryger Glass uses the most advanced adhesive system available. The system has a safe drive away time of one hour. Generally you can safely drive the vehicle 2 to 2 ½ hours from when the installation begins.
If the damage can be covered by a quarter and is not in the driver’s vision area, it can be repaired. We can repair damage that is larger. However, it is usually a case by case basis. If you have questions, please stop by one of our shops.
Kryger Glass uses an advanced adhesive system. The system allows for safe drive away in one hour after the adhesive has been applied. In most cases, you should be able to safely drive your vehicle 2 to 2 ½ hours from start to finish. Please refer to your exact safe drive away time on your receipt.
No, you are not required to wait with your vehicle. Our technician will just need to be able to access inside and have a key to power the electrical system.
No, we cannot guarantee the repair will be invisible. Many factors play into how the repair will turn out. Some of these factors include: type of chip, how long has it been damaged, location of chip, and size of impact point. We will guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the repair, we will deduct the cost of the repair towards a new windshield.
We will not perform outside installations in inclement weather. Your windshield is an integral part of your vehicle’s safety system. Debris, moisture, and cold weather can hinder adhesion of your windshield thus creating failures down the road. We at Kryger Glass value your safety and will not cut corners.
Generally our quotes include the replacement part, installation, and adhesive. Items that are generally not included in our quotes are moldings, clips, rain sensor items, aftermarket tint film, wipers, and sales tax.

No. A repaired windshield is not as strong as an undamaged windshield. A damaged windshield will always be damaged. The purpose of a windshield repair is to keep the chip from spreading and to improve visibility.
We recommend not using any high pressure car washes for 24 hours after installation. However, you can wash your vehicle if you avoid using a high pressure wash.

It depends. A windshield that has a dark tinted band at the top is referred as a “shaded” windshield. We can get whatever type windshield you would like. Please let us know what you want and we will do our best to satisfy your requests.
Kryger Glass buys glass from all of the major glass manufacturers around the world. These manufacturers also supply the auto glass and windshields to the auto manufacturers around the world. The auto manufacturers use a variety of glass manufacturers. Even on the same vehicle. They might use one manufacturer for one part and another for a different part on the same vehicle. If you want a particular brand, please let us know and we will certainly try to get that brand.

The adhesive we use is the same brand that is used in auto factories all over the world. Our trained professional technicians apply the adhesive in a manner that is just as good as the factory seal.
Yes. However, please be advised it is impossible to remove all tiny glass fragments from places like cloth seats, headliners, and carpets. We will certainly try to locate and remove as much of the fragments as possible.
The rust is usually evidence of a poor installation that was done years prior. The customer probably thought they got a good deal on a windshield but the technician may have cut corners or had improper adhesive. When it is time for a new windshield, please understand that the installation process and materials are the most important part.
Most shops handle all types of residential glass in addition to auto glass. Some shops also handle small commercial jobs as well. Please contact your local shop for services provided.
Most of the time our technicians will remove the tape before we return your vehicle back to you. However, there are instances when we will like to leave the tape on a little bit longer for added measure. The tape should be removed from all installs after 4 hours.
