Fixed a half moon chip on my Alfa Romeo for $70 after safelite wouldn’t even try to fix. Julie was so great and proactive even looking into windshield replacements and shopping around the state for replacements if I decided to replace it ! Absolutely recommend to anyone in need of these services !

Be VERY CLEAR with what you want as the employees scheduling are vague. We have a Toyota minivan and when I called I told her make and model, and when I said I didn’t know details she acted very put out to look up the proper part via the license plate and only did so when I asked why she couldn’t look it up by VIN. I believed I was ordering real TOYOTA brand glass as she offered nothing else. They automatically use some aftermarket Chinese brand (XYG) that has lots and lots of negative reviews online for yellowing and warped visual issues at night. I didn’t realize it wasn’t TOYOTA factory glass until I was home.
Came in for glass work. It took only 17min for them to fully replace. When I asked why there wasn’t weather stripping on the outside edge like it had from factory, they said it didn’t come like that and could show me the removed windshield. I declined being shown our old windshield as I know for a fact it had that because after the storm it had loosened and I had removed a small section of it myself so I know it was on there from factory. Our minivan only has 33,000 miles, and it came with the weather seal. They said the basic seal was all that came with the windshield for replacement.
People say you should give a business a chance before posting a review. But if you can’t get it right and aren’t customer focused you get the feedback deserved.
While I was in the waiting room a man came in “I’ve been getting my glass done here for 30 years, I need this glass fixed before July 1st, Is that possible and what’s the cost” the receptionist said they didn’t have the calibration tool to take care of the sensors and didn’t know when they would. And he asked if they would before July 1st and she said she had no idea.. to which I said “you have two locations, does the other location have the machines to provide the service for that?” And she FINALLY said they did, after again, he said he’s loyal customer for 30 years.
The flat rate cost of labor was $150 and it took 17min. I’d say maybe the employees need paid more and need the tools to do their jobs and maybe there would be better customer feedback, don’t know what systemic issues there are, but they need to be clear they use aftermarket, low cost glass, not factory, and give a quote for BOTH to give customers options and data that’s accurate. Ask for the license plate instead of wasting customer time asking questions they more than likely don’t know. Be forthcoming in customer service in giving customers the option of the other location immediately instead of beating around the bush.
Came here because a family friend recommended, probably should have shopped a bit more.
Would have given a lower rating but they did give a military discount and I do believe, within the capacity of tools and training provided, they’re probably doing the best they can. Who knows. I don’t have cracks from the hailstorm anymore, we’ll see how it lasts.

Price was okay, but they made a mess in my car. These little chunks of old window sealant are all over my dashboard, floor, and doors, and the cutting wire was on my passenger seat.

These guys rock! Called him up, got an appointment brought the vehicle in and it got taken care of in this crazy time after the storm. I know things have got to be hectic over there because they’ve got so much going on, but everybody was polite, treated me well and took care of the car. Thank you here’s a little before and after

Highly recommend Carsten auto glass. Safelight quoted me $900 to replace a windshield because my rearview mirror fell off… these guys fixed it for free. Took 15 minutes. I won’t go anywhere else for glass now.
